It was 19th of May 2019, my family was planning an outing at Imagica, We were not aware that Rental Cabs do not go Imagica, we called at OLA Support and requested to change current rental to outstatton which they were not able to do and asked us to Cancel current ride. for this ride I end up play 3210. ts being approx 1 month till date amond is not refund, i am following up alternate day and I am assured that amount will be credited but nothing is happening Do we at this digital era take 1 month for refund Ideally this should have taken 7 days - which include approval from finance, Audit etc.. but yet no resolution serious disappointed
I am not sure if there are any rules, regulatory body were in we can complain these unjustified harassment.
