From the day I have received the delivery of my OLA S1 Pro scooter, I have been facing different issues. Sometimes the scooter doesn’t start, sometimes the horn doesn’t work. Many times I have raised requests regarding the noise I get from the wheels, the crackling sound from the dashboard. But I have not received any responses from OLA electric. Even after calling the customer care after a very long waiting period, they just gave me a reference id to which they did not respond. It has always been the same. Months they take to resolve any issue and that too, it never happens. Please help me out. I am really frustrated
