I'm writing to bring to the notice of everyone the absolute shameless and callous attitude of Ola customer care. They charged me 2.5 times the base fare and there was absolutely no indication of that when I hit on confirm booking. Also, they have disabled the viewing of this particular ride that I took after I logged in a complaint on their support center. I wonder what kind of a service provider would indulge in such lowly underhanded tactics other than one that is trying to hide its nefarious intentions and operations. I'm seriously considering filing a case against this company if they do not respond logically to my complaint within an acceptable timeframe. I'm truly shocked at this kind of service and tactics.
