Gentleman, i booked cab 9.38 am 29 th sept 18. Received otp from company 2913 contacted driver shiv shankar tel no [protected]. Gave directions. After long waiting find driver has cancelled it on his own. Once otp is issued it is commitment with legality. No message or alternative arrangement from company.. Very unprofessional and deceitful. A senior doctor - had to miss importaint appointment. No customer friendly system. Runs on whims of driver. Would you compensate for my time and inconvenience. Will you act.
