I booked a ride in the month of january 2022. Due to the mistake of driver in cab meter reading, i was charged more amount. After complaining for the same, ola agreed to refund the extra charged amount and they did so by offering me a voucher of Rs 348/- (ticket no[protected] dated 27 Jan 22). As per them, i could use that voucher for my next rides till the voucher balance gets exhausted. I requested them through mail that I have no travel plans in near future so my amount should be refunded in my bank account (ticket no[protected] dated 05 Mar 22). On 08 Mar 22, i was told that ola coupone has been deactivated and they asked my bank details for processing the refund. Required details were sent on same day. I got their reply on 10 Mar 22 (Mr Satish SV) that refund has been initiated and it will be completed in 7-10 days. On 23 Mar 22, I reraised the issue and that time they asked me to send bank statement to confirm the amount received or not. I sent the bank statement also on 24 Mar 22. After that, a lot of mails were sent by me to inform them that i have not received the amount in my bank account and every time they replied that within 7-10 days, amount will be processed. Ticket no[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] are few for reference Besides these, many more ticket no raised by Ola for my complaints are also there with me. Last complaint, i raised, was on 14 Jul 22 (ticket no[protected]. They have one standard reply which is as follows:-
"Thank you for contacting Ola.
We understand that you have not received a refund to your bank account for the ride CRN [protected].
We regret the delay in the refund process and will take this issue on priority to process the amount by 7-10 days
We look forward to serving you in future rides. "
I did not expect such a fraud with customers under the rule of Honb'le PM Modi ji who assures us for a corruption free India. I hope the issue will be resolved at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
