Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Non Refund of Rs. 3809 for no service from Ola rental cab service but amount got debuted from ola postpaid

I have used Ola Rental cab service in Pune on 1st June, 2022. Driver stopped the ride claiming the vehicle as an issue and asked us to close the ride in middle. Immediately raised the complaint to Ola support team and Ola team confirmed that they would refund the paid amount of Rs. 3809/- to my savings account within 7 to 10 working days but even after multiple calls and escalations within Ola customer support. No one denies the issue but kept saying we added a note for back end team to work and as usual no one works on my issue of no credit of agree Rs. 3809/-

Now Ola team closed the open tickets without resolution. Not sure if it is due to this complaint here.
