Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Not exactly a complaint but a suggestion | |||
I had to travel abroad and my flight was at 4:30 AM. I booked OLA cab and I wanted the cab to come to my house at about 00:30 Hrs. The booking was accepted and I received a message that just 15 minutes before I would get the details. I feel strongly in such cases where the availability of transport at late hours should be decided well in advance so as to give comfort to the person. Just in case the details are not received, imagine the plight of the individual. Where would he go looking for alternate transport. The driver information should be provided at lease 2 hrs before.
