I had booked ola outstation on 22nd August 2021. The app was not working properly that day and was not showing updates of my ride. The fare shown was ₹2764 but after reaching destination it shared ₹4739
The drop address shown in invoice was different than the actual drop location. The kms actual were 140km and shown were 282km.
Since it was cash payment I did not held up the driver and paid total amount. I logged in the complaint through ola customer care also but no response from their side.
Now I am not even able to call customer care for asking status of my complaint. Was this information helpful? |
