Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — not received proper service and find embarrassment in front of foreign customer

On 13/9/2017 i hired a ola outstation cab from ahmadabad to vadodara. I was with my foreign customer and ias officer. When the cab arrived that diver didnt give us information that ac is not working when we left the ahmadabad that time he said its not working. Initially we thought it might taking time for cooling but it was not like that. Then the charges are inclusive of all taxes still driver took toll from us, i told him that is included but he didnt listen. After this i mailed to ola for refund due to unsatisfactory ride.
