Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — offered discount not deducted from bill | |||
During my booking from delhi to hansi (Haryana) i received a call from so called ola customer care ([protected]) offering me a discount of rs 500 by applying a coupon 'del500' and also told me that toll tax and all other taxes will be born by ola. But during travelling i paid all toll tax and state tax which turned 3358+200+150= ₹3708 instead of ₹2420 which i was told including all taxes. Please clear this matter and and refund my extra money charged by ola cabs. Was this information helpful? | |||
