[Ola Support] #[protected] App Issue : Unable To Apply Coupon The above complain was highlighted to olacabs, where they had given the offer vide email. I.e Rs 75 off. Instead of attending on the right time the supervisor didn't follow and just gave 2 miss calls. And after repeated follow ups the email comes as follows. That the offers are system generated and is not eligible for everyone. If that's the case then they should have the offers done manually rather than computerized.
