I tried booking a ride in ola.. It showed me no rides available. Please try after sometime. Then i had to close the app and make some other arrangements for my travel. Later after 5 mins when i opened the app it shows me there is a ride booked for me and the driver is at my location. The issue is not either me or the driver. I had to cancel the ride. And you charged me with a cancellation fee. When i wanted to let you know there is no issue my both my side and the driver you are pre definitely asking me what is the issue with the driver. Do you always think your app and no issue at your service end. Why is it always has to be either the customer (With cancellation charge) or the driver. This has happened many times. When you have shown the customer that there is no ride available don't you know if you should ask the customer if he wants to try booking once again. What makes you take it for granted that you can book again as you wish. Am terribly irritated with this functioning of ola as this has repeated many times and many times duplicate rides have been booked and i had to end up having quarrels with the driver while making them try to understand the issue that your app is creating.
