Hi, i have booked an auto on 1st january around 7.30 pm ist. My phone battery was about to die and i had to leave as early as possible. I called the autodriver just to confirm if he is coming or not (He was showing just 1 min away from location). He confirmed he will be coming in few seconds. I trusted him and came out of my apartment. (Please note i had to handover keys to someone else for some reason). Even then i called him second time to be 100% sure, he told hi has reached. I came out of my house and waited for 10 mins there was no auto. I started calling him again - once his phone was busy, then he picked and saide he will be there in 5 mins. I waited for 5 mins and then again called him up, this time he told me to cancel the ride and book a new one. At that moment, my phone battery died. I was alone there helpless, unable to call anyone, unable to book an auto again. It was dark and the only option left with me was to walk till main road and catch a bus. I was totally traumatized that day. I am not able to explain the disgust i felt on ola. Very bad experience!!!.
