Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola auto driver rude behaviour | |||
On a very heavy Rainfall day and due to urgency to reach my office, i thought o[censored]sing the service of Ola till my office with my father. For this I booked an Ola Auto and as per map it was showing me reaching in 2 mins. Now I tried calling him after booking but he was not picking up my phone. I checked in GMaps to check the exact location of that guy and to my surprise his location was just just 2-3 minutes away from my pick-up point from booking time till 15 mins after booking. After many calls he picked up my phone and started telling me that "its raining heavily and i should cancel this ride" etc. It was now more than 20-25 mins late and since I was not cancelling this ride he finally turned up and when i asked him about why he was doing that, he again started abusing us and cancelled the ride in front o[censored]s. I have immediately complaint about him through Ola app but I want the strictest action to be taken against him hence I am complaining about him through this website also. If Ola has started this company for the service of the consumers then I don't expect this to be done with us. There are many complaints which my friends and relatives have also faced. I would request you to please take action immediately and update me on the progress else I would have to unnecessarily take this complaint to the next level.
