Wrost experience with ola cab
17th sep at 8:10pm, me and my wife arrived delhi airport from chennai, we booked a ola cab to majnu-ka-tilla place estimated fare charges shown rs.484, we didn't get vehicle details we got only otp number and we gone to ola cab place one person and asked otp and pickup us at 8:57pm i told to him the estimated amount, we move on and came to arriving place at 10:00pm he telling need to pay rs.1300 fare, we shown app rs 484 we need to pay we told, he argued with us and surrounded his people behaviour is rude and threatened us at that night 10:20pm in rural place, me and my wife so afraid and we paid that rs.1300 getting the cash driver gone we getting a message of paid in cash rs 544, we faced wrost experience with ola cab, we trust the ola cab only we are traveling your service is so cheating.
