Hi Sir/Ma'am,
I had booked a cab on 10 Jun, 2022 from Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh to New Delhi Railway Station CRN[protected] and I selected payment options Ola Postpaid.
Once i reached to driver, they told me that i required cash so please give me cash and they told me that, will inform to Ola that i received a cash, after that your Ola postpaid money gets refund.I even not agree to his decision but i can’t deny boz i have to reach railway station at any cost, otherwise i will be missed my train.
After payment i didn’t get any refund and post paid bill gets generated on 11 jun. I try to call the driver several times and he always disconnects my phone.
After that I complained to Ola support and ticket number : #[protected] and #[protected].
The second major unfortunate thing happens with me, that at the time of paying cash to drive, he receives cash without any issue. Once i deboard from cab then drive reached to me(after 2 minutes) and complaining about the your given 500 rupees note is duplicate. Bcoz i was in a hurry to catch a train, So I gave them another 500 rupees. Next day once i try to connect to bank where i withdraw a money through ATM, Bank said that the number which mentioned on the Note is not deposited in that ATM. It means driver replace original note to duplicate note and handover to me.BCoz if note was duplicate he should be denied at the time of receiving the note, why i recall me after 2 minutes.This one is very serious concern.
