Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola cab driver shaikh mohammed's rudeness & misbehaviour with lady passengers | |||
I booked an ola cab, number ending with 5406, got the opt as 9607 and fare as rs.431/- from alpha-3, alpha market, irla area, mumbai-400056 for marine lines-maheshwari bhawan for my elder sister-in-laws (My spouse's elder sisters). After reaching at the destination the fare in my & driver's mobile shown as rs.514/- which is higher by rs.83/-. My the said relatives questioned to the driver why the fare came so high, then he replied, u have to pay what its showing in my mobile, then the said relatives said, had the fare shown rs.514/- at the time of booking, we wouldn't have booked the ola, then he started shouting at them then the relatives paid the fare short of rs.4/- since they dint have the change, then the driver started using the filthy language to the ladies relatively. How can a ola company's driver use this sort of language. He, the driver, should be booked for his misbehave with the lady passenger and the company should get the refund of rs.83/-excess paid to the driver. I expect, the company will take stern action against such inhuman illiterate guy who doesn't have this much of know how how to talk with ladies. I wont stop writing to the ola company until they take the strickest action against such drivers. Was this information helpful? | |||
