Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola charged me extra and refuses to give me a refund

Hi,

I booked an ola this morning from my home in bandra to sahar international airport. The ola fare showed 122 rupees at the time of booking. The cab driver followed his route and dropped me at my location. However my bill showed 188. If i have got in and got off at my location and have not asked for anyother route why am i being charged extra?? I called ola customer support however
Ola customer support is not helping online as they say i have used the refund system more than 5 times this month. Kindly note that i have used the reverse charge option only twice this month. There were two more cancellation charged which i have paid 50 rs for.

Kindly note that i have tried to use the refund option via the support billing issue system however i am getting the message that you are unable to process my request as i have exceeded the number of attempts for this request.

This is not acceptable. I need the refund for being charged extra by ola for no fault of mine. Kindly escalate this issue.

So pls note -

I have not exceeded 5 times this month. I have also paid the owed amount for 2 cancellations.
More importantly that is no reason to charge me extra for a trip which says 122 upon booking and when i have got off at my exact location.

I want my refund of 60 rupees charged extra for no reason by ola. I am seriously disappointed and if the same is not refunded i will have no option but to file a case against ola. It maybe just 60 rupees for ola but for the passenger who has done nothing wrong should not be charged extra. How do we trust ola if things like this are going to happen. You show 122 and i have not kept the cab waiting or asked for another route or got off at another location. So its shocking that you charge me extra. I dont even owe you any amount for any previous cancellation charges as i have already paid that amount.

I am hoping you solve this issue rite away as this is called daylight robbery on part of ola.

Today I was travelling by Ola cab and the driver took me by wrong route and then he charges me extra fare. When there is no mistake of mine how can he do this? Drivers should have knowledge of the routes and see to the comfort of the passengers. I'm highly disappointed.
