I have paid my ride amount as soon as i reached at my destination. I did not select ola postpaid transaction option as i did not even know about it. As soon as I get down and paid my fare to driver in cash and moved away after some time I received a sms from ola that it has been deducted from my ola postpaid account which was not shown at the time of booking that I selected postpaid option then why did ola send an sms. Despite that I talked to the customer case executive and he confirmed with the driver that the payment is made to him and he will update in the same in system but it has been 3 days now that they have not updated in system and I have been given a due date to make payment. Why should i pay the amount when i have paid it to the driver? I have also mail to support team and brief them the issue, they have given me the ticket id and I don't know where to check the tracking. How will i know about it? I have paid my amount in cash to the driver and haven't used any of your postpaid services! It's you who selected it instantly for which iam not responsible..
