Ola app charging customers for suggested route instead of taken route, for ex I took 30kms ride instead of 45kms route, but charged for 45kms(CRN [protected]).Ola helpline says they can't help since it's system generated bill. Who the hell can help if OLA support team can't help. I have submitted multiple tickets only to be heard by buffalo ears.
