Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola credit clearance when account is blocked

Ola has blocked my account on january 2019 permanently and they generated a bill of 190 rs on the month of febuaray. Now they have been constantly sending me messages to clear my dues else legal action will be taken, but i have no option to make the payment since my account is blocked permannetly. I have written repeatedly about the issue to their customer support but every time they close the ticket without any resolution. This is harassment
