Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Ola customer care executive | |||||
I booked 2 cabs for different destination one for lower parel (Ola) & another for dahisar (Uber) on 26/10/20116. But ola driver called me up & ask me there where you want to go then i said dahisar as i got confused between two cabs & i said dahisar, but when cab arrived to the pick-up point my fried sat on the right car which is booked for the lower parel. But the cab driver (Named as firoz shaikh) start arguing & said that the cab is booked for the dahisar. As i saw he was arguing for the same so i sat in the car, but i found in the negivation device that, the car was booked for the lower parel. The same thing i brought in the notice of the cab driver but he started arguing again, hence i called to the customer care of ola cab services, i was talking with the attendant named as samson i mention all the story to him but his response was also very negative & observed very much of arrogance in voice & tone. By the time i reached to the home my cell battery was down & hence cell got switched off. I reached to the destination & asked the cab driver that how much was the fare, so he said 250, & the same was paid to him. But when i reached home & charged my phone & switched on the messaged was pop-up that my fare was only 205. This kind of cheating behaviour is not at all accepted from the company like ola. The shameful & arrogant replied by ola customer care executive make me more angry. & on the top of that ola is expecting us to support them for their future in mumbai. I am the regular customer of ola, but that was the date on which the dirtiest service was been provided to me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
