Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola did charge me cancellation, fee while driver denied duty

I booked ola shared on sep 21 from ganesh nagar to mantri business park pune. I called the driver and asked him to come to the location. After some time he gone to wrong location and when i called him, he denied to come to my actual location and asked me to cancel. I cancelled and ola charged me cancelation fee. Could not get any reason why this happened?
