Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Ola Driver did not end the trip at dropping point & charged higher amount refund not made

Request for refund of extra charged money . I had book a cab from Ola on saturday 28.5.22 from IMS Noida sec 62, to Jaipuria Institute of Management at shakti khand IV Indirapuram Ghaziabad at 10: 40 am . I was dropped at my location at around 10:52 am . Driver asked me to pay through Paytm I informed him that i have booked the cab through app. when i asked that trip is ended he did not reply & moved the car . After 11 am i received the message that amount of Rs 237 is deducted from my account though only rs 100 was to be charged & trip ended at vaishali as informed by the driver & Customer care . I called up the driver inquring the same he said you must have extended the trip for your friend though i was the only person present in the cab, inspite of telling him that he dropped me at Indirapuram & why did he not end the trip he did not talk to me properly & started shouting & hang up the phone . I called up the customer care but they were of no help I explained them every thing & told them that i have proof of my location. Ticket no raised against the complaint with ola cabs was[protected] & my money has not been refunded & now they haved closed the ticket saying i have extended the jounrney & nothing can be done . I am trying to reach all the nos provided by ola but there is no response. it is really shocking to see that company like ola are cheating their customers like this i have proof of my dropped location being present at the location for 54 minutes from 10:53 to 11:47 am on 28.5.22 . I would like some action to be taken against the driver his Vehicle number: UP14FT4416 & mobile no is[protected] for cheating the customers like this & denying the dropping at indirapuram.

attaching as the evidence the copy of Gate entry register my location through the app 360 & bill charged by Ola distance betweeen IMS noida & destination is 4.5 km wherein the bill is showing 10 km it is mere manuplation by ola & their driver. dropping time mentioned in the bill is 11.01 am where as i was present in a meeting at Jaipuria Institute of Management at shakti khand IV Indirapuram as per their gate entry at that time . i request to take strict action against the driver & ola cabs for cheating customers like this & mentally harassing the customer.
