Yesterday (August 24) i had booked a ola share and from sukh sagar (Near ola support office) to mantri classic, (Koramangala).
The driver picked me and forced me to leave cab at bellandur, i made a call to ola support and support team had a conversation with the driver, and they suggested me to leave the cab and they will book a cab for my home and took complain.
But after i get out of the cab, they told that they are unable to book a cab, i shall try from my end, it was around 12-1 am (Night).
I tried to book cab but my ola app stops working showing some technical issue, i was left alone 9 km far at the unknown place with no support from ola team, finally, my phone switched off due to low battery, i cannot contact to anyone. Finally, i had to take fare auto, with cost me around 7 times the fare.
At morning, i again call to support team for my app then finally at 11 a. M my app is working. But none of the support team helped me at that

I am giving warning to you that you are charging so much money only for 2 km disctance and even I picked the car from out of the station and then also parking charge added there.
