I book one ola cab from wakad to pune airport. My bill was ₹ 337/-. That time i am not aware about ola postpaid money and who selected this option i don't know. So that time i paid by cash and ola drive didn't inform me. He taken cash and go. And after 7 day i show my generated ola postpaid bill. That time i shocked.in that bill they mention 337/- need to pay. Immediately i call to ola customers care and i told everything about this. Customer care executive told me. I am raising one complaint behalf of you so this problem will solve with in 48 hours. I wait 7 days they didn't respond and after that i called 7 or 8 time every time they are telling same word. This is third month still that problem is not solved and now i m not able to call because of my not reachable. One suggestion to ola.
