We booked ola ride from camp pune to sylvania magarpatta city, it's a very know place in pune, but during trip driver was taking us in Hadapsar side instead magarpatta city, he says this is the location coming in his mobile from ola, and was not ready to drop us in our booked destination, he was fighting, abusing, threatening us unnecessarily and took heavy extra money to drop us in Sylvania.
we tried to log issue with ola, but unfortunately ola has disabled /dropped all option to make complaint, no option or contact no to call ola customer care available in ola site and application.
in ola help option, no option available to make complaint against drivers behaviour, even we tried to use ola safety option, but unfortunately it was just has message to call local policy oneself..
i found ola is very unsafe for girls /family in such a way if none of the option is available .
we wanted to make complaint against driver but unfortunately no option available in ola, they have disabled all options. just for everything there is a message in ola apps, thank you for your feedback. while i want to make complaint..
ola either shut his business or should follow Indian govt guidelines for safety and complaint.
