When I was in Chennai in the last month I had booked OLA cab. The driver called in me to inform me that he is coming but for next 30 minutes he is not seen. When I called at his number he said trip is over and he got a arecepit of my acknowledgement of Rs 125/- How it is possible . Thereafter I booked OLA cabs but response was poor and somehow I felt OLA is a failure in Chennai as many criminals are on the payrolls of OLA. Fourth and final OLA cab fellow was demanding cash insted of card and he is ready to fight with the customers.
