I am writing to report a serious issue with my recent order from EasyBites Yelahanka placed through ONDC OLA. My order number is ONDC_853153F4Bmeo, placed at 11:24 PM.

Timeline of events:

11:24 PM: Order placed.
11:48 PM: Delivery partner assigned.
Before 11:48 PM: Another delivery partner named Anjineyulu took the order without authorization and left.
The assigned delivery partner arrived at the restaurant to find the order already dispatched.
I contacted Anjineyulu, who informed me that he had eaten the food. This is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed with this service.

I request an immediate refund of 230 rupees as I did not receive my order.
