OLA CRN[protected]
Ride was on 30/07/2022. Driver wasn't accepting call and also not coming towards my pickup location, so I cancelled the ride. No cancellation fee was charged on that time.
Suddenly on 29/08/2022, i.e., 30th Day from the ride, OLA sent a mail that I have been charged cancellation fee!
When I tried to ask OLA to review the Cancellation Charges it is saying nothing can be done as the ride has already been more that 30 days!
So, how can Ola impose charges on 30th Day if they can't review it from next day! This is a clear fraud.
I have attached the screenshot of mail as proof. I firmly demand refund of cancellation fees else the issue will be escalated to District Consumer Court. Thanks.
