Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola has charged me from ola money and the driver has also taken cash

Ola is playing cheap tricks. The trip was taken on 24feb'20 with ref number: crn[protected] and registered number is [protected]. The payment was automatically taken as ola postpaid and later driver called us and said to change the mode of payment to cash and my family member has taken the trip. After the trip she has made the cash payment and later i got a message saying the amount got debited from my ola postpaid account. I contacted ola support and they said they cannot do anything as the driver said he has not collected the cash. Ola is not ready to listen to customer. Please take necessary action.
