Now the time ola is doing fraud with the innocent drivers. When customer cancel the ride the penalty has been taken from the driver (500 per cancelled ride) even if driver did not cancel the ride. This should not happened. And worst part is customer care representative never tell the satisfactory answer to the driver so that diver can understand how to avoid this and there is no way take back the penalties amout ever if driver reverify the ddd marked ride with valid resion.
