This is in reference to a cab ride taken on 12th April 2021, CRN [protected].
In the middle of the ride, the driver said that OLA has not been paying their dues if amount is paid via OLA money or any other way. He also confirmed that he can return the OLA money postpaid which will be made due on my account.
I continuously tried calling the OLA customer care numbers. The call never connected for 2 weeks straight.
Later, I started getting calls for OLA for OLA postpaid due amount. When I explained them the hassle, they said that they will raise an escalation case and an escalation team will call back to me (which never happened) and resolve the issue.
I am now getting threatening pings stating to treat their message as "legal notice" and to pay the dues. Till date, I got "legal notice" stating messages from the following numbers:

+[protected]
