I had booked an ola outstation from ahmedabad to udaipur. The driver picked us up and post 3km said that since it's udaipur and his is a cng car he will not go at 3 in the night. This entire process took half an hour and it was 3:30.
So my husband and i were stranded in the middle of the road at 3:30 am in the morning at the ahmedabad udaipur highway. Called ola executive and zero help. Zero customer grievance resolution. All they did was call the driver and ask him and get back to me with reason of cancellation. Also i was asked to pay for the 3km additionally and was charged for the same in my ola account the refund of which i'm still fighting for. Further the call with ola lasted for half an hour after which i had to cancel the ride on my own and book a new ride with higher prices. The new ride was allotted 45 min later. I had to have a word with the driver and requested him to come early. What kind of customer service is this?
