[Resolved] Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — OLA payment issue | |||
Me and my family has been a loyal OLA cab user from the the time OLA had started its services in Bangalore. However, the past incident and the kind of support I have been receiving from the Customer Service has made me upset from last one month. I had booked a cab on 8th August. I had selected wallet payment. However, the driver asked for cash payment. But I did not get the option to change the payment on the OLA App to cash. As I did not want to have an argument with the driver, I paid him Rs.580 cash. Also, there is no option in the App to contact customer care and inform the same. After checking with few people, I came to know that I can create ticket to get the issue resolved. I have raised 4 tickets till now and the issue has still not been resolved. I have also been informing the same to the customer service executives who have been contacting me regarding the payment and still the issue has not been resolved. My account still reflects that I need to pay. I had never missed a payment till date. Being a loyal customer this is really disgusting. I have attached the screenshot of the tickets raised through the App. Please let me know whether I can get this issue resolved and start using the services again. Was this information helpful? | |||
