Dear sir,
I took ola for a trip and my mode of payment is cash on all the trips taken so far. Recently ola activated postpaid in my account without any knowledge.
So my end if trip i paid cash, sometime ater i got sms tht u have used postpaid money for the trip. I realized i have cheated by driver and okay made the trap for the incident. Still i didn't get answer how come a customer who didn't complete kyc, post paid acc gets activated. Ola is responsible on this incident and ask me speak to the driver partner where he didn't attend any calls including ola support person which they have communicated me in the call. Ola is not customer friendly services, they wait for the opportunity to cheat their customers.
