Hi,
I have paid cash for two rides as ola drivers not accepting online payment so i paid by cash. But in ola app also the amount was deducted for two rides not reflected the cash paid by me. With out customer interaction how could you deduct the amount?
I have made complaint but no reply till now. 4438490 this is the reference number from Zendesk.
There is no proper support button or chat or voice assistant in ola app.
Please bann this app if they are not ready to serve people properly.
I want my amount to be refunded.
Lot of people suffering from ola app.
