I had paid my existing OLA POSTPAID bill of ₹1891 (at that time) on 23 May 2022 at 5:28 PM and the receipts have been shared with the support team via attachments. The payment was targeted to ANI Technologies Pvt Ltd.
The amount hasn't been credited to my Ola Postpaid account, along with that additional late fee of ₹200 has been charged. Adding on to it, the charges of two additional rides after that has been added, topping the whole amount to be Rs. 2527.
I shared the details regarding the payment or added details as asked, and the Partner Support Staff (Lisa Paul) ensured me that a refund of Rs. 1891 has been initiated from their end on 23 June, and it will take 10 business days for it to be reflected in my account. After this, I ensured once I get the refund message, I will pay the bill.
But I am being bombarded with calls, messages, WhatsApp messages etc. asking me to pay the bill and not addressing my query. There have been times when I have mentioned the refund and the operator has disconnected the call. This is leading to a case of harassment, since I am disturbed with calls and messages all the time.
I have been an avid user of Ola, and always paid my bills before the due date as well. This is not the way to treat their regular customers, and it is just creating a negative impression on me. Kindly see.
