This is to inform you that since i did not agree to using ola postpaid, i am definitely not paying for the billed amount.
I am strictly against using credit based system so there's no way that i would agree to such a system of payment. If ola automatically selects it as my payment mode i have nothing to say.
This is happening to me the second time. On june 27th, another driver couldn't generate the bill so he assured me that if i pay the amount in full, it wouldn't be deducted from my wallet since the amount wasnt sufficient. You can check the booking.
My last booking was almost the same. The driver's device didn't work and he told me that i needed to pay in cash because i knew there wasn't any money in my ola wallet. Therefore i paid the driver in cash, an amount of 200/-.
Now i have an ola wallet that threatens to charge interest if i do not clear the dues. I am very disturbed at these constant threats ola has been issuing, whether it is about adding kyc, a decision that is pending with supreme court and hence not required or this ola postpaid business. I repeat i do not and never will use ola postpaid and if forced i will stop using ola altogether. It is growing increasingly stressful for me to detect whether the drivers are being truthful. Clearly, the drivers are taking advantage of the clients because ola is letting them do so.
If you fail to reason with the driver, you can share his contact and i shall make sure that he never tries to scheme like this ever again. Moreover, get a handle on the devices that you issue the drivers. Was this information helpful? |
