Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Ola Postpaid services disabled without a reason

Hi, my Ola postpaid services have been disabled by Ola yesterday. Also, I added Rs 358 to the Ola Wallet but the balance is still Rs 0. the same amount has been deducted from my account. Pls, help as I am facing several issues with the app despite paying all the bills/cab fares regularly.
