CRN of ola ride: [protected]
On 16th of july around 11:30PM i booked ola cab for my parents to the station. Driver pickup my parents and at destination the driver showed fake bill of ₹582 on his mobile but the ride was still ongoing in my phone (i was at home, not in cab) the driver took this opportunity to scam my parents and showed fake bill and he take ₹585 in cash. We argued and crowd was there but he ran away with his car. I immediately lodge complaint to Ola they assured that I'll get my refund, on the next day i tried to contact driver and driver claimed that die to my complaint ola deduct ₹585 from his ola account.(shared ss in attachment for proof)
but today is 12th day and no refund is made till now, ola today replied that extra payment made is not in their hands so cannot made refund.
But Ola has claimed the amount from driver then why ola is refusing to refund me.
One of the worst customer care service is there in ola app, i hv complain more than 10 time and raised ticket as well but the ticket gets automatically marked as resolved within 2-3 days without any refund or solution.
And now they are openly refusing to give refund. The whole ola and their drivers are scamming the common people together and looting us.
It's a request to CEO of ola to look into this matter seriously, even i have the proof of call recordings when driver asked the 582 amount for 7-8 Km ride.
I'm having full proof to prove myself in consumer court.
It's advisable to ola to process my refund as soon as possible because I'm not going to forget this scam and will raise this ola scam to great level to throw u down.
