I booked a ola self drive on July 1st for 3 days from 4th 11:00 pm to 8th 3:00 am with booking id:[protected] by paying Rs 12004/- as a booking amount and 2000 as a security deposit total Rs 14004/- before 1 day on 3rd early morning 5:30 am they called me and they cancelled my booking and they told the reason as we are cancelling all drive bookings because internal problem and he disconnected and later I got a mail that booking cancelled but I didn't get any details about refund I complaint through mail and in ola app regarding refund no response from there later I called to customer executive he told for cancelled bookings you didn't get any confirmation we already intaiated refund you will get in 5-7 days he told it's already completed 7 days till now didn't get any confirmation and I maild almost 9 times still no response and I tried to contact by customer care but now they removed customer care services and they removed drive booking option in ola app and we can't access old drive bookings also I want my refund Was this information helpful? |
