First of all it is next to impossible to reach out to ola customer care over the phone. On top of that, i didn't receive any proper response from ola customer care despite sending multiple emails to them. The issue was regarding usage of ola wallet.
On another instance, i had booked a more expensive ola "prime" cab (Instead of micro or mini) to enjoy the in-car entertainment during the ride. However, neither the in-car tablet was working nor the wifi. I had raised a complaint through ola app during the ride itself and had asked for an appropriate refund of my money. It has been over a month now and ola did not even have the courtesy to respond back (Let aside the refund).
Ola seems to be riding high on their current success but their management seems to be ignorant of the fact that in today's customer satisfaction oriented market, it does not take long for an organization to disappear into oblivion if it is not sensitive to customers' grievances.
