I booked a ola cab from phone pe on 04.02.20 at 4:38 pm, and select auto payment option. Phone pe deducted Rs. 442 as a estimated cost of the journey. After the ride driver denied auto payment, and in phone pe app the ride showing ongoing, so i had to pay in cash Rs. 368 as the full rent. I already complaint to phone pe & ola both over mail & call, I received ticket no from help.olacabs.com (Ticket[protected], but till now I did not receive the deducted Rs. 442. phone pe customer personnel asked me contact with ola and ola do not any customer no, only I have to send mail to them, which did not replied satisfactorily.
