I took a trip on 23/05/22 where my booking amount was 273/- but Ila money charged me 440/- instead. I immediately raised a complaint but have only got baseless response from the team. They have for a while been threatening me with legal action & that all this is affecting my CIBIL score as well. To settle this I sent them a legal notice but they failed to respond to that as well. I am now working on my filing my case in the consumer court this week Was this information helpful? |
