Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — overcharged in taxi fare | |||
Today i took ola cab from grant road to vasai. It was 71 kms and it took 91 minutes for the ride. Ola has charged 3 times the usual fare. When u asked for detailed fare, they informed me various type of charges as applicable. They have levied charge's which other taxi or app base cabs don't charge. Need refund for the same. Also it was not a peak hour and they have just charged me rs. 27 per km. After base 20 km. This is just plain cheating base taxi app system. Will file a legal complain for this matter if i don't get refund Was this information helpful? | |||
