Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Overcharged ride fare

The final fare Rs217 of ola my ride was quite higher than the estimated price Rs 172. The driver took the long route.
Even the ola support system is not working properly, showing error everytime I am trying to address my issue. I want a refund if the extra money I was charged for the driver's fault.

Updated by Kumkum Banerjee I was overcharged for my ola ride. The support care if ola is not even taking my complaint regarding the issue. I want a refund of the extra price I was charged for the driver's fault
