Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Paid by Phonepe but not reflected in app ,had to pay again in cash

I have taken a ride on ola app on 31st oct 2023 the CRN of the ride is CRN[protected], I have done the payment by Phonepe, it has not reflected in the ola app and had to pay in cash to driver again.
OLA when will i get my refund???
