Hi, I am having ola account with mobile no: XXXXXXX434.
I had ola taxi ride in april 16 .For which I was charged 705 which I supposed to pay online but as driver asked me to pay cash, I made the cash payment .
So for last two months I am continuously getting call from ola customer care to make payment, I had already explain multiple times to them that I had made the payment by cash to the driver if you want can confirm with driver and have con call among us. But they are just beving like dumb and fool and dailt calling me more than 20 to 30 time for last 2 months with differenct mobile numbers. I had raised the same complaint through mobile app but till date I havn't got any resolution and when I am trying lodge the same again in mobile app support page its showing me message that allready similar complain is registered please check you email Id but till now I havn't get as single mail from ur support.
Now I am very irrited with such kind of madnees of your customer care team, its very harrashing and I feel chected with your cab driver .If this kind of madness continue with team then I'll have to lodge police complain against you for harrasment and cheating.
