Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — paid cash for the ride, but still shows my payment is pending

On October 4, I’ve used Ola for two times .
The CRN number is [protected] and [protected].
On both ride, I’ve payed the fare as a cash . But in my Ola app account, I keep on asking to pay the amount although I’ve payed for the ride . Ive been asked to pay FINE amount which is triple the price of actual fare . When I called the driver about this issue, he said that his phone got hang while confirming the payment. So, this was clearly the drivers issue.
This is unfair.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
